For Spring Implementation

To be reasonably certain that a course can be scheduled for the spring semester of a given year, proposals will need to be seen by the UICC by early fall (September or October). Therefore, proposals with appropriate prior approvals will need to be submitted to the UICC as early in or before September as possible.

For Implementation in the Following Academic Year

To be reasonably certain that a course can be scheduled for the next full academic year, a proposal must be submitted to the UICC in the fall of the current academic year. Therefore, proposals with appropriate prior approvals will need to be submitted to the UICC as early as possible in the fall semester.

Course Revisions

Course revisions of existing courses must be submitted in the CourseLeaf system by February 5th in accordance with standard rules as outlined by the Office of the Registrar.
