We are pleased to participate in an improved online workflow system for curriculum proposals. This single form will be directed online to department, college/school, GEOC and/or Senate, as appropriate. This prevents the need of having to complete a separate form when UICC, GEOC and/or Senate approval is required.
Instructors who wish to propose, revise or delete a course in the INTD or UNIV subject areas should complete a Curricula Action Request Form.
Note on Special Topics Course:
Please use the CAR Form to propose a new Special Topics course.
- A “special topics” course on the same topic can run three (3) times before it must be made a permanent course (e.g. INTD/UNIV/AIRF/MISI 1985, 1995, 3985, 3995).
- The numbers 1985 and 3985 are for S/U graded courses; the numbers 1995 and 3995 are for letter graded courses.
In limited cases, such as Study Abroad accreditation or independent studies, forms regarding courses under the UICC can be initiated by students. For information on how to request accreditation, please see the Education Abroad office’s website.
